You’ve seen his shows, heard his spill,and enjoyed his music. But what was Marilyn Manson’s bridge to staying so lean. Here’s  a few things most people never knew about Mr. Manson

1) He hung out with Skinny people. The rock star life is a hectic busy life, so its a good idea to hang out with like minded folk. Skinny people. Skinny people have a lower instance of  heart disease, diabitees, heart attack stroke. What’s not to like. They eat less than heavy people, and it promotes a heavy lifestyle, while trying to look cool. 
2)This is a no brainer, but he ate less. While on tour, and writing all those books and stuff, he was busy. And had no time for Tom Foolery. Like eating large meals with too many calories. 
3) He had one less rib than the rest of us, and it helped him stay skinny. Probably not true, but it makes for great lean strategy. Get rid of a rib and you’ll just look skinnier, not true though. 
4)He wore black, and it made him look skinny. Well black is slimming as they say. 
5) Consumed a lot less of the bad stuff. He did but more of the really hardcore stuff. Like drugs and booze. I’m not sure sugar wasn’t a good alternative on this one. When you drink your calories, its easy to keep the weight off. 
6)MM’s number one weightloss secret was-drum roll, he mastered how much he consumed. And focused on his music instead of his consumption of food. That’s all you have to do. Not make the consumption of bad food such a priority, and reprogram your taste buds.
