Yoga is a mysterious thing! If done daily, the body creates more strength, Health, and Vitality. I’ve been doing it strong daily for about 6 weeks, just 10 minutes a day. I don’t start without the intention of doing at least 10 minutes. I set my H.I.T timer I got from amazon and have at it. Here are my favorite stretches.

1)Downard Dog-It gets my body warmed up, especially the lower back,shoulders, and hips and gets me ready. I just do two, one for each side.

2)Warrior pose– I do a left and a right side.

3)Sing leg right/Left on the ground. This is my hardest stretch and one all preceding exercised work up to. I use the opposite hand to push down at the 30 second mark, it works wonders.

4)Front splits-I do these right after the front single legs, as I’m beginning to get the hamstrings loose. I use the floor to pull me further a little more.

5)Pigeon pose-helps open up the old hips, single right side, and single left side. Really good to hit all of those nerve endings in the hip, and groin. Then I modify it.

Mod #1-Grab the opposing leg that is not curled up and pull very gently.
