How to lose 13 pounds in 6 weeks and keep it away

Everybody wants to lose weight, and they want to do it easily with no work. I’ve always believed that losing weight starts in the mind, and then the body, and the weight I’ve lost has proved it. Eating, over eating, and pleasure eating starts in the mind. Food creates a framework that is hard to compete with. When we eat something we like, a pattern is developed in our minds that we must over come at a later date, to resist. If it needs to be resisted that is. Food is a necessity, but becomes a burden over time in the effects, bad eating can have on the body! The way I have lost weight and kept it off, is by focusing on two out of the three meals I eat every day and ramping up the nutrients I take in during that time, and the nutrients I don’t. Here’s a sample of how I do it!

Breakfast– I let my body fast, then start eating around 10 AM. For breakfast I eat eggs, ham, or sausage. I add a spicy sauce to my eggs.

Mid morning snack-nuts, apples w/peanut butter, bananas, cheese.

Lunch- power bowl, cheese wrapped in ham, nuts, apples or bananas, tuna and crackers, any veggies or chicken breast, beans, green beans.

After 3:00-Just about anything I want. My day runs long I start eating around 4:30.

once a week I have Chinese food 4 or 5 crab rangoons,sushi (8 pieces) child size cashew chicken. This night I will still lose weight as long as I observe the Breakfast dinner rule.
